Doğan Holding previously stated that the real estate investments are the new strategic focus area for its future strategy. Dogan Holding BOD decided to acquire TOV D- Yapi Real Estate, Investment and Construction Company which is operating in Ukraine for UAH51.5k ($10.7k).
