Dogan Holding has a 23.5% stake in this company with Dogan Yayin Holding and Deutsche Bank being the other shareholders with respective stakes of 23.5% and 49%. DD Konut Finansman AS will provide mortgage financing to consumers once the mortgage system starts full functioning.
