At the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting of Doğan Holding on April 08, 2021; it has been resolved to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi as the independent audit firm and in compliance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Law, and the Decree No 660, as well as the principles set forth as per the secondary legislation in effect within this scope, for the independent audit of the financial statements of January 01 – December 31, 2021 accounting period of our company, as well as carrying out the other relevant activities.
