Total consolidated revenues in 1H11 increased by 13% yoy to TL1,493 mn.
EBITDA in 1H11 increased by 64% and reached TL159 mn, while EBITDA Margin was 11%.
Net losses (attributable to equity holders) stood at TL673 mn in 1H11. This is mainly due to the expenses amounting to TL933 mn set aside through “tax base increase” and restructuring of “disputed tax debts” related to the Law No. 6111 on making Amendments on the Law of Restructuring Certain Receivables as well as Social Securities and General Health Insurance Law, and Some Other Laws and Decree-laws.”
