9 Million Turkish Liras support to the 'National Solidarity Campaign' by Doğan Group

We Support National Solidarity Campaign

Within the scope of the “We are self-sufficient, Turkey” National Solidarity Campaign initiated by Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to aid the fight against the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, Doğan Holding has donated 9 Million Turkish Liras with all of its holding and family companies such as Aydın Doğan Foundation, Hepsiburada and Nesine.com etc.

Doğan Group supports the National Solidarity Campaign launched by Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with the slogan “We are self-sufficient, Turkey” with a donation amounting to 5 million Turkish Liras on behalf of Doğan Holding, 500.000 Turkish Liras to Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty Hospital and 500.000 Turkish Liras to Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty Hospital on behalf of Aydın Doğan Foundation, 500.000 Surgical masks and 500.000 examination gloves amounting to 1.5 Million Turkish Liras to TR Ministry of Health on behalf of Hepsiburada and 1.5 Million Turkish Liras on behalf of Nesine.com, in total 9 Million Turkish Liras.

In a statement made by the Doğan Group on the subject, it is stated as follows: “We fully believe that our country and nation will recover from this difficult process in the light of our shared values that make us who we are, such as trust, love and solidarity, and keep us together! We are grateful to those working in the field for all our citizens, especially healthcare workers, who work with great sacrifice in these difficult days we are going through.
