We used to get odd looks when we told people that we had decided to start a TV channel here. There were plenty of channels and competition in the market, so we had a really hard time convincing people to join our team. They thought that we would abandon the project and quit after a few months. But we worked hard with dedication and confidence, and made Doğan Media International into one of Romania's largest media groups. We are now adding another chapter to our 16-year journey in Romanian TV with Kanal D2. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our colleagues and business partners who have been with us on this journey.”
