Dogan Holding, Through Its Subsidiary, Acquires a 55.849,05 sqm Land in Bucharest, Romania to Develop a Mix-use Commercial Project

Dogan Holding's real estate subsidiary D Yapi acquired land in Romania for EUR49m. D Yapi Real Estate is a full owned subsidiary of Dogan Holding incorporated in Romania. The land acquired for EUR49m has an area of 55.8k m2 and it will be utilized to develop commercial real-estate projects with a possibility of establishing partnertship in the project with international investors. Dogan Holding, through its subsidiary, acquires a 55,849.05 sqm land in Bucharest, Romania to develop a mix-use commercial project. In a statement sent to the ISE, Dogan Holding stated that its real estate affiliate, D Yapi Real Estate, Investment and Construction S.R.L., which is based in Romania, had acquired a 55,849.05 sqm land in Bucharest for EUR48.9 mn to develop a mix-use project. The acquisition follows Dogan Holding's earlier statements that it viewed real estate as a key business area within its future growth strategies and identified Romania as one of its target markets. According to the announcement, D Yapi has already commenced works for developing a mix-use commercial project on the land while it is also evaluating the option of undertaking this investment in cooperation with international finance institutions..
