Dogan Holding Purchased 10% Share in Marbleton Property Fund L.P

While Dogan Holding has previously started negotiations with Marbleton Property Fund L.P. which is operating in Moscow, to develop real estate projects in Russian Federation, the Holding announced that the participation agreement with the Fund has been signed. Marbleton Fund L.P. will operate with $300mn capital, in which some of private and public financial institutions such as EBRD and IFC will hold stakes. Dogan Holding will participate with 10% stake.
