16.06.2011

Doing the highest capacity organic dairy farming in Turkey with the biggest organic livestock facility, Doğan Organik Ürünler introduced its milk and white cheese in the beginning of June under the brand name, Mlife, Migros’ line of healthy and organic food. The products can be found in 590 Migros stores.

Earned its organic farming certificate from an EU-accredited company in 2005, Doğan Organik Ürünler launched its contractual farming project in 2006. Since then it has been training the villagers on organic dairy and livestock farming, thereby making them participate in this production. So, the company became Turkey's one and only organic raw milk producer, the only raw material supplier of organic drinking milk. Now, it will produce its own milk and white cheese under Mlife and provide its products to consumers at Migros, 5M, Macro and Tansaş stores.

Doğan Organik Ürünler abides by animal welfare rules. The milk it produces does not contain pesticide residues, GMOs, antibiotics and hormones. Total bacterial count in it is well under the legal limit. It has higher nutritional value compared to conventionally produced milk.
