Selection of the Independent Audit Firm

Our Board of Directors has resolved on March 30, 2021 to appoint PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi'nin (A member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers) as the independent audit firm, and to submit such appointment for the approval of the General Assembly, with the affirmative opinion of the Audit Committee, and in compliance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Law, and the Decree No 660, as well as the principles set forth as per the secondary legislation in effect within this scope, for the independent audit of the financial statements of 2021 accounting period of our company, as well as carrying out the other relevant activities.
