Our Company’s Board of Directors has resolved to fully exercise our pre-emption rights in capital increase of Öncü Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. ("Öncü Girişim"), in which our Company owns 75% stake. The capital increase will raise Öncü Girişim’s capital from TL 500,000,000 to TL 1,500,000,000 in cash. Accordingly, our Company’s participation will be TL 750,000,000. The funds secured through the capital increase of Öncü Girişim after obtaining the necessary legal permits will be mainly used in venture capital investments. |
