In line with the provisions of the Communiqué on Corporate Governance Principles (II-17.1), the Board of Directors has assessed the applications of Ertuğrul Feyzi Tuncer, Tayfun Bayazıt and Ali Aydın Pandır as candidates for independent board members on March 09, 2015, and evaluated the report of the Corporate Governance Committee that assumed the duties of the “Nomination Committee” in accordance with the BoD Resolution dated May 07, 2014, and resolved to disclose to the public the fact that the above-named individuals are candidates for independent board members, during the Ordinary General Assembly meeting to be held on March 31, 2015.
