The outcome of the lawsuit submitted for appeal

In the last hearing of the Lawsuit held on March 9, 2016 (today) of the lawsuit filed with the request to cancel the Merger Resolution which had been approved upon discussion as the 5th agenda item during the 06.08.2014 Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting of Doğan Yayın Holding A.Ş., which had been merged under our Company through being “taken over”, as a whole, with all its assets and liabilities, and which had ceased via dissolution without liquidation; the claims of the Adversaries (Claimants), have been rejected by the Litigation Court. We have been made aware, with the appeal letter served to our Company on May 3, 2016 (today) that the other parties have submitted an appeal against the Court Verdict.
