Result of Independent Audit Firm Selection - Registration

Pursuant to the affirmative opinion of the Audit Committee;
It has been resolved that DRT Independent Audit and Certified Public Accounting Inc. (a member firm of Deloitte) shall be appointed as the independent audit firm responsible for:
- Conducting the independent audit of the Company's financial reports for the 2025 fiscal year in accordance with the principles established under the Turkish Commercial Code, the Capital Markets Law, Decree Law No. 660, and the applicable secondary legislation currently in force thereunder and
- Performing assurance engagements regarding the sustainability reports for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025, as well as other selected sustainability-related disclosures, in accordance with the Turkey Sustainability Reporting Standards issued by the Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority (KGK).
