Our corporate governance rating has been revised

SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Saha”), officially authorized to rate compliance with Corporate Governance Principles as set forth by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey, has revised our corporate governance rating as 9.36 (93.56%) out of 10. According to the Principles issued by the CMB, the Corporate Governance Rating is determined by taking the weighted average of four sub-categories. The breakdown of the corporate governance rating of our Company by sub-categories is stated below:

Shareholders (weight: 0.25); Rating: 94.36
Public disclosure and transparency (weight: 0.25); Rating: 95.73
Interest owners (weight: 0.15); Rating: 93.51
Board of directors (weight: 0.35); Rating: 91.45
