Announcement Regarding the Capital Increase of Öncü VCIT

It has been decided to increase Öncü Girişim Sermayesi Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş.'s ("Öncü Girişim"), paid-in capital from TRY 2,000,000,000 to TRY2,800,000,000 in cash at its board meeting held on 28/02/2023, in which our Company owns a 75% stake. Our Company will fully utilize its pre-emptive rights in the capital increase.
The funds to be raised during the capital increase, which will be completed following the regulatory approvals, is planned to be mainly used in venture capital investments within the framework of the procedures, principles and portfolio limitations set forth in the relevant provisions of the Capital Markets Board's Communiqué on Principles Regarding Venture Capital Investment Trusts numbered III-48.3.
