About the Dealership Contract of our Subsidiary - Glokal

We have come to the last stage with DAF Trucks NV in signing the “Dealership Agreement” about the delivery of dealership services, initially in Istanbul, for DAF brand trucks at our direct subsidiary Glokal Motorlu Araçlar Pazarlama A.Ş., for which we had made an announcement on November 7, 2016, about the increase of its capital, within which we hold 100% of the shares, to 6,000,000 Turkish Liras, and the first orders are contemplated to be placed next week. Such dealership service is not expected to have an important effect on the consolidated financial statements of our Company in the near term.
