Revision of the Corporate Governance Rating

SAHA Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services Inc. ("SAHA Rating"), which is licensed by the Capital Markets Board of Turkey ("CMB") to conduct ratings in compliance with the CMB Corporate Governance Principles, has raised our Company's Corporate Governance Rating to 9.67 out of 10.
In line with the CMB's related resolution, the final rating is determined based on a weighted average of four sub-categories. The breakdown of our Corporate Governance Rating by sub-category is presented below.
