As part of the international growth strategy of our 70% subsidiary Galata Wind, the acquisition of the 9 MW Solar Power Plant Project in Germany—previously disclosed as one of two planned projects—has been successfully completed. The transaction was executed in line with the terms and closing conditions of the agreement as signed and announced on June 25, 2025.
As a reminder, the project includes the development of an Agri-PV (agricultural solar power) system and a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Southern Germany. Construction will commence upon completion of the approval processes.
This project is expected to contribute meaningfully to Galata Wind’s international investment vision of achieving 300 MW in operational capacity, and supports the strategic goal of becoming a global player in the renewable energy sector.
With the completion of this acquisition, total installed capacity in Germany will stand at 61 MW—comprising 31 MW of Agri-PV and 30 MW of BESS. The contractual processes for the remaining 12 MW of Agri-PV and BESS projects are ongoing.
