About Project Nomination of Daiichi Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

Daiichi Elektronik, in which our Company holds a total stake of 46.6% (25.0% directly and 21.6% indirectly through our subsidiary Karel), has reached an agreement with a leading original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive company regarding the development, validation, and serial production of vehicle components, and has received a nomination for the relevant project.
The total value of this new business relationship and the nomination received amounts to approximately USD 100,000,000 (One Hundred Million US Dollars) over a period of approximately 5 years.
Within the scope of the project, Daiichi Elektronik will dedicate all necessary engineering resources to this project. This new project and business volume will strengthen our subsidiary's global position in the automotive electronics sector, while also contributing positively to our Company's consolidated revenue and profitability.
