Karel

Ditaş
With expert personnel and a history going back 50 years, Turkey’s first rod producer Ditaş is an A-class supplier to the largest automotive manufacturers, and exports over half of its total output.
Ditaş was established in 1972 to produce vehicle components such as rod ends, rod arms, track control arms, torque rods, stabilizer links and v-torque rods. After commencing operations in 1978, Ditaş Doğan Yedek Parça ve İmalat A.Ş. has grown to become Turkey’s largest Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), with an annual output of 7,800,000 units. Ditaş supplies automotive manufacturers inside and outside Turkey with high-quality original products for steering wheel and suspension production. It has cemented its position as the long-standing leader in the Turkish market, where many of the largest OEM rod product manufacturers operate, thanks to its dependable excellence, deep-rooted experience and integrated facilities.
A-class supplier
Ditaş’s production facility spans an area of 155 thousand square meters, 20 thousand of which are indoors, in Niğde. Its first-class facilities enable the company’s quality services and design excellence, and also ensure ample space for testing products to guarantee they fully meet customer expectations. The facilities also include a state-of-the-art machine park, allowing for flexible production processes.
An A-class supplier to the largest automotive manufacturers in Turkey, Ditaş holds ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, IATF 16949 Automotive Suppliers Quality System, ISO 45001 OHS Management System, ISO 50001 Energy Management System, and Ford Q1 Quality certification.
Expansion in the automobile and light commercial vehicle group
Providing high-quality, high-tech and innovative steering and suspension system parts to the automotive industry, DİTAŞ acquired 70 percent stake in Profil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and 3S Kalıp Aparat Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
Profil Sanayi has been actively manufacturing body, chassis and assembled sheet metal parts for the primary automotive industry, as well as automobile-light commercial vehicle steering and suspension parts under the PRS brand for the independent spare parts market in Turkey and Europe since 1966. The Company has direct operations in Turkey and Europe for manufacturing molded and assembled sheet metal parts and mold manufacturing.
Located in the Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa, 3S Kalıp Aparat Makine Sanayi manufactures tandem, progressive and transfer sheet metal molds, control fixtures, welding equipment, forging dies and special testing equipment as per the special demands and needs of customers by leveraging the same approach to quality as its OEM customers.
Sesa Flexible Packaging
Living up to its motto "young, dynamic and productive", Sesa strives to produce quality instead of controlling it. Thanks to its commitment to research, development and innovation, it continues to grow with an annual production capacity of 18.00 tons/year for new and sustainable packaging products while exporting 55% of its production.

A trailblazer in innovation
Renowned for its superior quality and wide array of products, Sesa has been granted the Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials Certification (BRC – IOP), ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 22000:2005 Food Safety Management Systems, ISO 10002:004 Feedback-Handling System, and also recyclable product certificates of PP Recyclable and PE Recyclable without barrier.
Constantly expanding its product range of green packaging, it produces biodegradable and recyclable food packaging with barrier films, which extends the shelf-life of the products. Doğan Dış Ticaret
Operating primarily in the raw material supply business, Doğan Dış Ticaret (DDT) distributes paper, cardboard and packaging products. One of DDT’s main markets remains print media, such as newspapers, magazines and books, and it continually expands its portfolio to include new packaging and cardboard products. It serves as a solution partner, providing manufacturers with essential and reliable raw material.
Kelkit Doğan Besi
Established in 2002, Doğan Organik Süt Sığırcılığı İşletmesi produces organic milk while also creating a sustainable agricultural model to stimulate economic development in the region. Doğan Organik Süt Sığırcılığı İşletmesi altered its field of activity in 2018 by directly entering the cattle ranching business in an effort to even better sustain the region’s economic development.
The company, which adopted the name Kelkit Besi for its expansion into cattle, attaches great importance to the economic, social and cultural development of Kelkit, and encourages farmers in the region to produce products with the highest added value. As a result, farmers benefit both themselves and the economy of Kelkit. Kelkit Doğan Besi also aims to help eliminate the red meat deficit in Turkey.
Doğan Air
Doğan Air offers domestic and international air taxi transportation on its Falcon F2000LXS 2016 airplane, which has to date flown more than 8,000 hours. Since its inception in 2002, the aviation company has remained the first choice among the region’s most prominent business people.
