In 2007, 49% stake in the Real Estate Development company founded by Doğan Holding and Doğan Yayın Holding is sold to Deutsche Bank AG. DD Mortgage is the first mortgage-based housing finance company in Turkey. Having a robust shareholding structure, the company will carry Doğan Holding into the future and be a key actor in the housing loan market.
Another important step in financial investments in 2007 is Doğan Holding’s participation as a limited liability partner in Marbleton Property Fund L.P. operating out of Moscow.
